Webbersai Speculative Rapid Load Plugin For Joomla

The SpeculativeRapidLoad plugin enhances the loading performance of Joomla pages by utilizing speculative loading techniques such as prefetching and prerendering. This allows pages to load faster by pre-loading content before it’s actually requested, leading to a smoother and more responsive user experience.

To install the plugin:

• Download the plugin package: SpeculativeRapidLoad
• Log in to your Joomla administrator panel.
• Navigate to Extensions > Manage > Install.
• Click on Upload Package File and select the plugin zip file.
• Click on Upload & Install.

After installation:

• Go to Extensions > Plugins.
• Search for SpeculativeRapidLoad.
• Enable the plugin.

The configuration options include:

• Speculation Mode: Choose between Prerender and Prefetch.
• Eagerness: Set the eagerness level to Eager (On slightest suggestion), Moderate (On hover), or Conservative (On click).
• URLs: Enter SEF or non-SEF URLs to be prerendered or prefetched, one per line.
• Exclude URLs: Enter URLs to be excluded from prerendering or prefetching, one per line.
• Exclude Classes: Enter CSS classes to be excluded from speculative loading, one per line.

To exclude certain URLs:

• List them in the Exclude URLs field in the plugin settings.

To exclude specific CSS classes:

• List them in the Exclude Classes field. These classes will be used to form selectors that prevent speculative loading on matching elements.
